Sub for me, but both are great watches and I'd be happy with either [ok, pointless comment at this point in the thread, but I'll make it anyway (-;].

I have had both. I like the 2254, the dial is stunning and highly legible underwater with the sword hands. It is cheaper to maintain Thant my sub but the real kicker for me in favour of my 14060 is the bracelet. The old trusty oyster with the lovely taper is so damn comfy.
