Great to hear. I'm from Hawaii and this used to be a nice thing for tourists being able to come to the islands and buy a Rolex cementing a memorable trip. Enjoy in great health!

Thank you both. This will certainly be a great memento.
Second best memento will be the calendar from spending enough $$$ at the ABC store 😜

I wish you luck...However I am a white dude and my girlfriend (asian) is from Hawaii. We travel there a few times a year. There is no way in Hell they are going to sell to some Haole or main lander there.

Amazing how dehumanization and overt racism toward white people is completely permissed nowadays as we've moved further left and squeezed into our Marxist oppressor/oppressed boxes.

Where does this impression come from? Care to give any more details?

Welcome to the forum! Huge Congrats! That’s a very nice configuration. What you did “right”, that other customers you noticed did not, was to be very open and friendly. Some folks don’t believe in fostering a relationship with a Sales Agent, but it can work to your advantage, as it did for me, and for you. Very happy for you.

What the hell are you talking about... and to further my question, look at what happened with the original poster's story.. you think it's easier to get a Rolex from an AD in Vegas? And that race has something to do with it?

This will always be remembered as a nice memento of the trip! Cool to hear that used to be a thing people did.
