It actually looks pretty good, but there's that long "E" in the word "DESIGN" between the lugs, the "T" next to the reference number, and the weird looking pearls and the general gut feeling that in its totality, it just doesn't look quite right.
And then there's the fact that one picture has an engraved rehaut and another does not. At the very least, there are at least two different watches pictured. Oh, I see now you mentioned that.
