Help Identifying a Rolex Movement

Hi new to the group, and to watch making. I came across a movement that I am not able to identify, or authenticate, and was hoping some of you fine people could take a look and provide some insight.

Thank you.
Andrew

Doesn't look like a Rolex movement.

Nope,

the jubilee pattern came up on dials when the 3000/3100 movement family (looks totally different than yours) was active and Rolex never used this pattern on a movement.

Curious, do you think the rotor is just on a non Rolex movement or do you think the entire thing is unauthentic?
