5513 meters first help/check

I have a line on this 5513 and itís presented as all original. It looks right to me, except could be later crystal, wanted a second opinion before pulling the trigger.
Not shown is the 1520 movement and a caseback is stamped IV.67; itís 1.8 mil serial.
Comes with box, hang, tag and original receipt but not guarantee. Thanks in advance; my biggest concern is if anything is a later service piece.

The case appears to be very poorly polished.

poor case and plexi from service but the rest seems to be right (hands???).
Long five, meter first dial which might be one of the "long-living tritium / zinc sulfide luminescent material" which means it might glows...Would need better photos + encravings + caliber...
