Y Series Submariner ss w/Date Pricing

I am considering selling my Y series Sub and really have no clue what its worth. The watch has boxes and paperwork and also just had a complete rebuild by Rolex USA at a cost of $750.00
Can anyone tell me what is a "fair" price?
THANKS!

I have a Y Series Sub with date, no box, no papers. Two weeks ago I looked into trading it in. Two different watch shops in Hong Kong offered $2900.00 for it. If I had the papers I would have been offered $3100.00

The RSC overhaul, if you have the documentation, will enhance the resale value. That plus all the original paperwork, boxes and accessories should put it in the mid to high $3K range.

Btw, welcome aboard!

I'd say mid 3K range, if you found the right buyer high 3K range.

Welcome to TRF!

I would say mid to high 3 K range. As Al says, the recent and documented RSC service does add to the value.

Good luck!
