Trying to Choose between BLNR

So I have a BLNR random serial from 2014/2015. Mint with box and papers. For pretty much retail
$8900.00 USD cash. (Coming from a large reseller where I am, and movement is covered for a year by them)

Should I jump on this, or wait to see if I can get one brand new retail for the same price. (and possibly never get one)

Regards

Andre

All depends if your willing to wait Andre,,,,
Could be a price rise in the near future,,,
if she really sings and ad isnt an alternative then go for it,,,
Very best of luck and its a gorgeous piece but we didnt "get on" when i had her,,

Screw that. With enough patience you'll get lucky and get BNIB - Sure it's hard but not impossible.

If your heart wants it, go for it. Who knows what the future holds...could be price increase, discontinuation, or business as usual. When I bought my BLNR in 2014 at an AD, I was super lucky to even get an 8% discount. I think this would be unthinkable today. When I bought my Hulk 2 weeks ago, I paid over retail for a used watch. I wanted it so badly and didn't know what Basel would bring. Sometimes you win, sometimes you don't.

Edit. Sorry I thought this was nos. No way I'd pay retail, let alone for a used watch. I'd wait for sure.

I suspect that there will be a lot on the BLNR "lists" who have asked their ADs to move them over to the SS BLRO lists. BLNRs will become easier to get

Well since the new Pepsi is coming to AD’s within a few months you should be able to get a BLNR

Trying to Choose between BLNR

Thanks guys. All dealers around my area have a very extensive wait list for the BLNR still. Spend all day yesterday and all of this morning calling. On my way to look at this pre owned BLNR now and if I get obsessed once it’s in the wrist I’ll take it. This is a watch I’ve wanted since getting into Rolex 4 years ago. And now that there are talks of discontinuation I feel like I’m against a wall here lol

I paid $9,200 for mine. Used excellent shape. All inclusive.

I have been wearing it for months. I am totally ok that I paid a little bit more.

I love it.

It's really difficult to stomach paying MSRP for a used watch. Can you imagine paying sticker for a two year old M3.
I'd wait and put more effort into the hunt.

At least get one that’s post July 2015 for that price to give you the remainder of a 5 yr warranty.

Random serial is a contradiction in terms, but what it means is that a Rolex has a pseudo-random, alphanumeric identifier, instead of a serial number. That identifier is found under the crystal, at the six-o'clock position on the rehaut, or flange of the watch case.

Fantastic piece! I'm curious how come you didn't go with a used one in great condition?

Smart choice! A Coke is super cool!

Paying full price for a used watch is questionable at best.
