Worldtimer 5230P

Daar fellow Patek lovers,

I had the pleasure to try on a 5226g, 5326g and 5230p yesterday and was blown away by the worldtimer (5230p). As always with Patek I was amazed how much more beautiful all watches were in the flesh than online (where they are already amazing imho). Wondering if anyone has pictures of it on various types and colors of straps. Would love to see them and cannot really find anything only including instagram. So thank you for helping!

I have this watch in platinum and love that blue dial. I think the platinum case will go well with gray, taupe, brown or chestnut coloured straps. The background shows how the watch will go with earth colours (I do not have these straps yet).

This watch is so beautiful! Haven't seen this one in person yet but have the old world time.

Quietly one of Pateks best releases imho. I’d opt for a dark brown nubuck.

Agreed. on one of the best recent releases; not necessarily on the nubbock tho.

I recently picked up this reference, and wanted to change the OEM blue suede, as I have several watches with that strap on already. After a trip to the Salon a slightly unusual plum coloured strap appeared on a tray and I think it looks quite cool.

That’s a beautiful reference.

Why does Patek make such beautiful things?

Me either. It was a cancelled custom order or something. I think the only thing that could make it better might be a blue contrast stitching

Thank you all for your kind responses. I really like the plum coloured strap @Danpd. An option you probably would not think up yourself but it actually looks amazing!

And @watchonchain: I really love the rubber strap on your gorgeous 5230p, both the colour blue and the contrasting stitching. Is the inside of the strap also rubber or is that leather? If it were fully rubber with no leather, this would make an excellent under the radar watch for travels, also in case of warm/humid locations. Would love to see more pictures of it.
