Both are gorgeous - I ended up going w the black bc wasn’t sure if I’d get bored of the blue. Loving it.

Looks great! I am cross-shopping these two at the moment. Need some two-tone in my life.

Hello everyone... I'm trying to get the white dial of the new 300M, but Omega's website doesn't seem to have it. Any suggestions to where I could find one. Thanks in advance.

As another reference, I spoke with two AD's today about the blue on steel. One said they'd do 10% off retail. The other was able to go 20% off retail. I of course went with 20% off + the rubber strap for $160. It's a beauty!

Hey gang. I dropped into an Omega Boutique yesterday and tried on numerous Seamasters. I originally went in wanting to see how the two toned Sedna and black on rubber or the black on bracelet looked in person but in the end left more confused than ever! The ceramic titanium iteration was much nicer than expected. Totally confused now. What do you all think? (The stainless watches have a plastic shrink wrap on them causing a glare)

Sedna two toned.

Ceramic titanium

Black on bracelet

Gray on rubber

Blue on rubber

I like the titanium on you best, but honestly, I'd wait until the new Bond seamster comes out. I'm not sure whether it's on a mesh bracelet or herringbone strap, but it looks amazing!

Partial to blue on bracelet and add rubber strap later.

I do think the black ceramic is also very cool

The accuracy of the 8800 movement is phenomenal. It outshines the Rolex 3235 movement.

Switch to this black Kevlar strap with blue stitches. What do you think?

Just got this one today. Friend bought it from an AD 3-4 months ago, wore it 4 or 5 times and gave me a spectacular deal. :) So far I love it. I’m not really into watches anymore mostly because I can’t afford them. :) But I couldn’t pass this up. So glad I pulled the trigger. Seems to have gained .5 in the last 8 hours so I figure it’ll be 1.5-2 a day which is terrific. The lume is so cool, as is the ceramic dial. Except for the hands and bracelet it reminds me of a ceramic sub. Only nicer.

Re : Incoming - New 2018 Omega Seamaster + Pic & Discussion Thread".

Thx guys.

I’m very pleased to report it has gained 1.5 seconds in 36 hours. Which would extrapolate to just 1 a day. Like the vitamin.

In the past it was sort of the case that a Seamaster was a poor man’s sub. I think that’s just no longer true with this new one. More accurately, it’s the wise man’s sub. And yes, I wore and loved a ceramic Sub for 4-5 years. So I’m allowed to compare.
