Watch keeps excellent time, chronograph functions perfectly. Watch is in excellent condition, but has been polished in the past. Bezel is nice.

This watch has 3 ROLEX OEM Crocodile and Leather straps included, all are very lightly used. I just put on the distressed leather strap for a more casual look.

Gold and leather is a very popular look right now and it works very well in corporate america and with clients versus full gold on gold. This is a beautiful watch with a beautiful inverted six dial, that is very well balanced, as zenith dial daytonas are.

It has a rare "zenith"/rolex movement which was assembled then torn down and reassambled by a few rolex workers who tore out everything they thought would cause reliability issues, they added the microstella adjustment system which is more reliable than the normal lever adjustment and changed over half of the parts used in the movement. The improvements actually improved time keeping ability although the frequency was lowered to improve reliability, power reserve, and mean time between service. Very few of these movements were made and they actually bottle necked Daytona production, the supply was not artificially limited as is often speculated by modern daytona perspective purchasers.

One of the biggest issues with zenith daytonas are often attributed to the older style bracelets, this watch uses beautiful rolex leather bracelets and a different clasp that is solid milled. You can go into your rolex AD with this watch and get a new strap from one of more than a dozen styles offered by rolex for under 375 for crocodile and 220 or so for leather. There is no need for re-pinning a stretched bracelet, and you get the advantage of having a watch that can have different looks. The black is formal, the crododile french stitched white is beautiful and modern, and this current leather strap is more laid back and summer casual.

Thinking about the derivative and intrinsic value, the 16k price I think is very fair, and therefore firm, via a wire transfer in continental USA only. I am thinking about raising the price.
