Why not?? If it’s what you want there is no reason not to. Don’t let the desirability hype cloud the honest truth that you’re only trading one mass produced Rolex for another mass produced Rolex. There is nothing “more special or magical” about the Daytona over the Submariner.

Need to know more details but in general that’s a horrible trade. If it was watch only Daytona for a newer date mint full set hulk that may be more of a fair trade.

As a watch enthusiast, I prefer to buy, sell and trade them, sometimes I keep the them. If OP has enjoyed the ownership time with the 116520 and the trade is there, I would go for it, but I can't but think that the 116520 is slightly more valuable than the Hulk. My .02. But this is a hobby and sometimes it costs us money to enjoy it, so enjoy it while you can.

Daytona will be worth more and is more universal to every form of clothes. LV is less diverse. Love both.
