I would keep the Day Date and then pick one of the other three. Would be the Daytona for me personally, but you can't go wrong amongst those great options.

I’d keep the Sub and the Daytona. Daytona would be extremely tough to replace if ever needed, and if I was only going to have two Rolexes, I’d want one of them to be one of Rolex’s iconic black bezeled watches, either a Sub, a GMT LN or a Sea Dweller I just love that look.

Personally, sub and Daytona for me depending on what your day to day looks like. I love a daily with a date on it and the Daytona is my favorite watch. You would have something on PCLs and one on oyster, that would be my ideal combo.
