5402 D Series dial variations?

Hi - I am interested in learning about the 5402. I saw some D series with „swiss made“ on the dial and some with just „swiss“ on the dial.
I am pretty sure that the „swiss“ dial is ok. What i am not sure about is if the „swiss made“ is a service dial or if it was also used back in the delivery days. Who knows more?

Swiss made usually indicates a service dial. Is it just me or the brezel screws are missing for some reason in the picture? Must be perfectly cropped
