Icon5 Ladies Rolex OP Crown Fail

throwing this out there...

my wifes OP crown is free spinning.

about 5 years since last rsc service.

the watch is going in for a full service this week but is this typically a regular fail for ladies 24 - 26mm rolexes?

i've never seen this before on any rolex but my guess is that since the crown is 18K (maybe 14k?) does the softer composition of the gold make this a more common problem on ladies since the turns to lock are not even 2 full turns?

please chime in if you've seen this before.

Thanks in advance.
