Need service on a Sub 16610

My Submariner date 16610 with SEL bracelet is approximately circa 2001-2003 (I don't know: I'm second owner).

This weekend it would not start when I wound it or when I shook it. I had last worn it a week ago, and do wear it regularly, but I've had it since 2004 and I don't recall ever servicing it, so I'm sure it's overdue (I know, I know, it should have been serviced every 5-7 years or so).

Please let me know best non-Rolex repair person that I should send it to. I'm in New Jersey, but don't mind sending it within the continental U.S. if it's going to the best person for repair.

Thanks for any advice or recommendations.
