Turning your back on your first rolex
The first Rolex I ever received was a datejust with silver dial, fluted bezel on a jubilee bracelet. It was a great watch and I wore it consistently for 5 years. I had never worn a watch like this. So shiny, but dependable. You could really beat it up and it always looked up for anything.
I recently purchase a Sea Dweller 4k or ref 116600. I really enjoy the size of the Sea Dweller and the fact that it is felt on your wrist. The unidirectional bezel clicks along in a very satisfying way and the lume glows brightly. How long will I continue to wear the SD? When will the infatuation start to fade? Hopefully some of you out there feel the same way. |

I had the exact same feeling when I got my SDK. I was absolutely smitten.
All I can say is it has never went away. SDK you either love it to death or you don’t. There is no middle ground IMO

My DSSD fits my hand really well. I do however think that one day when I grow a little older it's going to be to large and I may want to seek a replacement.
