What is there to like about the 5320G?

You could start with the ease of telling the time at a glance, the syringe hands, the 3D numerals, the clarity and simple presentation of the day month and the date, the ivory/cream face colour, the perfectly formed case and it’s self winding.... not a lot else good to say about it really.

As for the brown strap it gives it a bit of a vintage feel but with the right sized screw driver it can easily be switched to that dark blue when you feel like it.

do you mean 5712 (the nautilus) or 5172 (the chronograph)?
i'm guessing you mean the chronograph but get the ref number wrong

Sorry. 5172. Wish it is a 39mm and not a 41mm.

I have an incoming 5320G and is very tempted with the 5172 since the two are with the same design elements. But 41mm for a manual dress chronograph is a concern and hopefully I can find a local AD with one in-stock to try on. My other choice is a Lange Datograph or the Datograph Perpetual since it is such good value compares to a PP PCC. But same concern here, the case height is a little bit alarming.

I tried 5172g when I picked up 5320g. It didn’t sing to me: flat blue
Lange Is not smooth and sexy to me, and caseback is more beautiful than the dial (good if we can wear it in opposite way) ^_^

Beautiful. How does it wear compare to the Daytona? Does it feel smaller and bigger than the Daytona?

I was fortunate enough to try out a Datograph last week and even on paper it looks like a large watch but it wears fine.

Same here. But the Nautilius is not expected until 2023.

It wears about the same as Daytona, which is a pleasant surprise for me as I was concerned with the 41mm too, turned out the concern was uncalled for.

I love the 5320G - one of PP's under-appreciated heroes. Enjoy it in good health...

Nothing to complain but the retail price, but its beauty is absolute!
