Same as the previous 44mm reference, even with the new thicker movement.

Curious to know what the edge to edge sizing is - on the 44mm it was 55.6m so hopefully it’s smaller with a more curved inner case

I would say that the recent Blue, Green, Gold ceramic Offshores were the send off for the 44mm!

Very excited to see the new ones on the wrist and have already registered my interest for the new Grey one!

It’s very rare that I look at the new releases and want more than one of them but with the new 43mm design I really like all of them.

Why do they insist on squeezing a 4:30 date window in?

Other than that minor and utter deal breaker it looks like it could be a great watch.

If my 44m color is the one of the last ones ever, it would be pretty cool but I’d be shocked if there wasn’t a final edition.

I’m keen to see the new 43s, the dials have a ton more detail on them and seem to be engraved vs current mega tapisserie dials which are stamped - this should reflect a ton more light and create a more dynamic dial

We know that when AP launch a XXX piece limited edition that they don’t have them all to hand on day one and that they are manufactured over the course of a year or two. So, unless AP have already manufactured all of the parts for a special/final edition then I’m now of the mind that there won’t be any.

The 43mm is due for delivery in September, thus I bet all production is now on those. I’m also guessing that the 44mm case has its own tooling, along with the bezels and other specific parts and I bet those tools are now mothballed, only for use in warranty/legacy circumstances, or that they’ve been recalibrated to 43mm mode.

Everything leads me to think that the 44mm really has gone, other than for the possibility of a couple of very low production (<50) specials that have already been manufactured and stock piled.

I’m with the others that have voiced it, the 44mm is now going to be a classic. No wonder AP is experiencing huge demand for the last pieces in the network.

Wow, these look awesome!

Love the dial layout and pushers.

Hope they will produce an all-black (like my previous 44mm FC) or all-blue (with non-contrasting subdials).

One of these very well may be my first AP. I wonder how tough it’ll be to get my hands on one?

My guess is hard for the first 8-12 months then be relatively easy.

However that depends on how good they actually are, as we’ve only seen one picture so far!

Are there any pics of the 43mm ROO's in the wild yet?

There shouldn't be any until much later in the year, they aren't due for delivery until September. Of course though there will be press pieces but that doesn't count as 'in the wild' to me.

The interior and exterior design of the new ROOs is awesome - so is the price: 37K€
I´d better start saving ...

I do not like the dial lay out. The old dial lay out was better IMO. Also, what's the point of making it 1 mm smaller? They should have made it 42mm. I've been waiting for a 42mm ROO that looks like the 44mm.

I could be wrong but I’m guessing that this new case size also wears slightly smaller due to its curved shape.

I love every single feature of the new ROO. Just so much better than the 42mm and 44mm models ... new movement w 70h reserve, strap mechanism, symmetrical dial with AP-logo-only, modern style pushers, decent color combinations, ceramic bezels. Perfect.

Has anyone ordered one of these yet?

Edit: what difference in weight would there be between a steel and titanium?

It is also the slimmest of all Offshores, I love it.

I have a RG coming but not until September

I actually think these are tremendous value (relative to others…) since they’re now in-house integrated chronos and the pricing uptick was very modest compared to the modular chronos

Icon7 Wish it was larger

They look nice but I'm in the minority since I think they would be much better at 45-46mm-the dial would be a little less cramped.

It is still too large in my opinion, APs 43mm is significantly larger than other brands
