50th Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona

I didn't miss a second...

Very interesting, and my first non-oval race since IMSA at Mid-Ohio in the 90's.

75 degree daytime weather without a drop of rain the entire time helped.

I was there working for a couple of teams. I was with the Kinetic Racing Team KIA for the Fri. CTSCC sports car race. We finished 2nd by about a foot at the line ! I was with the Krohn Racing DP team for the 24hr. race. We finished , but were a bunch of laps behind(44), due to a drive line failure around 3am. Took about 50 minutes to repair. I think I caught a cat nap every now and then, but was basically up for around 36 hours !! The weather was great and the racing was awesome. I wore my tool watch while I was there, 116520 White Dial, seemed fitting for the occasion

It was my 34th straight Daytona 24hr. race...
