Yes.

Certain angles it looks silver and you can see the vertical texture to the dial but a slight roll of the wrist changes it to a white/off white/eggshell look and the texture seems to disappear. Very impressed with the watch. The indices are incredible and capture light at any and all angles.

I can tell this will not be my last GS

Excited to get my first GS!
Sound like a good deal, congratulations!

Do you mind to give the dealer name so other people can order from them?

Thanks in advance.

It was JB Hudson Jewelers in Minneapolis, MN. I worked with Kathleen and she was great! Tell her Eric sent you if you decide to deal with them.

Looks great! Enjoy it!

I was in the bamboo forest in Kyoto in September, 2019 upon which the watch is based. Seems like ten years ago.

That is perfect! It's amazing how a small detail (green hands) can add so much character to a watch.

Congrats OP!

If I was to get one, I’d also go Team Shadow. Nice colour combo.

This is a good price point for GS, especially if you can get a discount too!

I like the dial color on the Shadow but wasn't sure about the color of the second hand and power reserve. Looks a little too lime green in most pictures and videos. Although it looks much better in the picture above.

Both great references IMO

OP: How have you found the watch? Any further thoughts on it? Thinking about trying to pick one up myself.
