Patek Dress Watch 1980s ref 3613-1

Hi Everyone,

My first post over on this part of the forum, I normally frequent the rolex threads.

I was lucky enough to pick up this vintage patek dress piece in 18k gold with some stunning diamonds, and recently recieved my extract of archives confirming diamonds as factory and reference as 3613-1

I was just wondering if anyone had seen this reference before? I know dress patek aren't quite as popular as sports models, but I can't find much on this, other than one auction listing about 10 years ago.

Wow, what a gorgeous timepiece!

My wife saw this, now she really wants to have one. It looks expensive with that big diamonds bezel.

I have never seen this before. How big is your wrist? It looks good on your wrist, but it looks small when looks at the watch itself.

It is a little smaller than I would normally have, but wears ok size size.

My wrist is ~7.25 inches and the bracelet is on the smallest size, with 2 larger spots.

I'm not normally into Diamonds, but they are very well done from the factory!
