Yeah, seems women love the Daytona. The Explorer 1 is a good lower priced option.

Daytona for sure

Although for variety, the YMI may also be a decent shout (Rhodium or chocolate dials in particular)

depends way too much on the wrist size and personality.

My wife wears a 36mm DJ, which generally speaking I think is an excellent Unisex watch. The daytona looks great on men and women as well.

I'd say the 36mm Datejust...that isn't the ONLY watch that looks good unisex but I think it's the "best".

That GMT looks huge on her wrist. Not a good look IMO. I think a better unisex watch would be a 36mm DJ

Any 34-36mm for balance.

Unless you mean, can it be fixed on a mans or woman’s arm/wrist - well any watch size then.

My fiance tried on my BLNR the other day. Thank God as soon as it was on she thought it looked way too large on her wrist.

I think the YM 37s look great on women who want to rock a men's sports watch...plus then it's something you can wear too.

I would consider the 34mm or maybe the 36mm OPs and DJs to be unisex watches unless one was fairly large and/or had a large wrist. I know the trend these days is for women to wear 40mm+ watches but I don't really like the look and think we will see the trend shift back to small watches for women and probably men as well.

I’m kinda surprised at some of the recommendations thus far.

What looks best is the one SHE thinks looks best, whether it be 34mm,40mm, Explorer I, or Platinum Daytona ! There are some fairly recent threads that have many photos of ladies wearing watches that the old dinosaurs around here consider men’s sizes. I would suggest looking through them with her, getting some ideas, then actually trying them on. Looking through said threads, seem to reveal that various iterations of the Submariner are the most popular.
