Watch Limit NYC

Has anyone had any experience dealing with Watch Limit? They’re based in NYC 31 West 47th Street. Wondering if what they’re selling is legit. Thanks in advance guys.

They may be legit, but 47th Street Jewelers are known to be pricey and somewhat scammers.

Not trying to paint all of West 47 street with a broad brush, I'm sure many of them are genuine and fair.

If you are interested in something specific maybe try one of the boutique sellers on this forum. They have all been proven time and time again to be stand up sellers.

Good luck.

I recently bought a Milgauss from them and had a great experience. I purchased thru the Chrono24 website and received everything that was advertised. I recommend them.

Just a data point for Watch Limit...Reached out about a GMT Master II asking what country the watch had originally come from. All I wanted was general country from the back of the warranty card (I get it, it's maybe an odd request) but I just want to know. All other dealers I have asked have had no problem giving just the country. Watch Limit was adamant to not give out any information. Tough to do business with a company and spend 15K+ on a watch and not have all questions answered.

I’ve not been able to come to agreement with them on anything so far. I’ve gently let them know that their prices are out of line with preferred brokers/sellers on TRF and I was informed they have no interest in competing with those sellers and I was comparing different levels of sellers. It was the exact attitude you’d expect from someone in the Diamond District of NYC.
