excellent pic and shows why the model is much loved. My post was half serious :) since this is only a half serious thread ;)

Daytona wears quite a bit larger. That boutique-only AP wears small, and the 41mm models are too big, IMHO. (The old 39mm models were the sweet spot size-wise.)

None from the OP's list.

Damasko DC86. Check the specs.

None of them, I´m afraid! I have no use for a chronograph...the timing bezel on my Sub 14060 does the job for me. And I cannot read the sub dials clearly on any chrono I've handled without my reading glasses. And I would never pay the asking price of <€14,000 for the Ed White. Cheeky pricing from Omega imho!

Obv. will get some bias as this is TRF, but the Daytona is simply the best in terms of overall fit with the best bracelet and clasp, in my opinion... it deserves the hype status. I think the Ed White is a close 2nd, that watch also comes with a great bracelet, and has beautiful finishing and a great history combined with an incredible dial.

The AP does nothing for me. Also, I personally hate integrated bracelets.
^^^^^^^^I would agree^^^^^^^^^^

If you already have a Sports Rolex I’d go for the AP! I had the Daytona and I feel I like the flat brushed bezel design better. They innovated there and it’s their signature design.

None. All cool watches, but with my weird tastes, I prefer a chrono with a strap. I would go for

116519LN
PP 5905p
VC overseas with 3 interchangeable options

Daytona at retail.
At market prices - none. Paying EUR 26K for Daytona and EUR 30K+ for the AP, both SS is crazy stuff.
Omega - I think the new Speedy is better option than paying double that for the ''Ed White version''

Although I don’t really like them, it would be the Daytona.
But I would prefer a 6236 because it has the full date.

The Omega by a mile and still obtainable. Incredible value for the money, functional and legible.

Which one fits your wrist better? The Daytona hype is a major negative for me but it has a outstanding and proven movement and is very robust. It’s size could be a issue as it was for me when I owned it. I also like the Daytona having a 100m wr. As much as I love the Omega history, 50m wr is a deal breaker for me. AP is its own animal but more fragile and the movement on the Daytona is less fussy and will be regulated to a higher standard.

Ed White. Most history, best movement, most legible. Best all around between the three.
