Measurement of crown - 1960s Calatrava 27-460?

Need a little help. Could someone with a 1960s Calatrava please measure the crown? Mine is a 1963 SS Ref 3466 with 27-460 movement.

Looking for the crown diameter in mm, and also the thickness. The outer diameter of the stem tube, where the stem screws into the crown is another dimension that would help identify the proper crown.

Would be very grateful for your help. Thx

Thank you for asking! My crown is missing.

My apologies. These images are internet images purely for reference, and they do show the proper crown. I should have stated that.

I don’t have a Patek crown on my watch.

I am trying to locate the proper crown and some watchmakers have offered to supply one, but they need to know the measurements. Apparently, they have boxes of crowns and they need measurements in order to send me the proper crown.

Any help locating the proper crown and baton hands would be appreciated.

Thank you my friend. It’s a quest. Bringing things back to correct is the fun part of the hobby for me.

Made some progress…. Still looking for a crown, but I was able to source correct NOS hands to replace the hands that were on this SS 3466 when acquired by me.

Here is an after, and before shot. Many thanks to those who helped with the hands. Now, on to the crown!

The hands with Lume were as-found, and appear to be period, but I wanted original Patek baton hands to ensure correctness.
