New Omega Aqua Terra
I just got an AT this past week. The 8900 movement is keeping better than +0.5 sec/day.
I love the aesthetics of this watch. The blue dial is a beautiful match for the comfortable SS band. The fit is perfect on the wrist.

Congratulations Bill on a beautiful watch!
I am green with envy, but i just cant pull the trigger on it yet. When I was leaving the UK a few months ago I did try it on at Heathrow. Even my wife commented on what a beauty the new Aqua Terra is. Good luck with it! |

Definitely one of my favorite AT models. Especially with the bracelet. The light blue accents really add interest to the dial. And the date is in just the right spot, and is color coordinated with the dial, which is a great move. Congratulations!

I agree. The colors work so well together.

^^ oops, didn't mean to quote myself
All of these things you listed checked off boxes for me. From now on, if the date on a watch isn't at 6 o'clock, I'll get a no date.

Beautiful watch. I really love the sky blue accents on that lovely dark blue dial.

Looks great. Which size?
I had one that was white. I sold it. Probably my biggest selling regret. May get another. |

This is the 41mm version, which is the perfect size on me for any dressier watch - even if it's also a diver.

I think I would go for 39mm. I had 41mm, a little bit big for my 6.5 inch wrist.

How is the clasp? To me, that was the weak spot for the previous gen of Aqua Terra. It was uncomfortable with the clasp band having a big hump in the middle and the pushers being sharp and digging into my wrist.

I haven't tried the earlier version clasps, so I can't compare them, but this one is good. The pushers are rounded and smooth.
