Question about GMT

I had a question for the forum. Lately, when I manually wind my watch, i notice that the crown feels like it catches while winding, about once per revolution. The watch was serviced last year by a local rolex watchmaker, and it runs just fine, about +3. I was wondering if anyone knew what was causing the problem.

Thanks

If the watch is fully wound, there's a clutch mechanism to avoid overwinding. This makes a clicking sound if you try to wind it manually when the watch is fully wound already. If it's clicking when you wind it from 'dead' then I have no idea. Out of interest, and this is a general point, why not get it serviced by Rolex?
