15450 availability and prices these days

With the announcement of the Hodinkee Insurance offering, I am in the process of comparing quotes vs my current insurance (Jewelers Mutual). This prompted me to take a look at the market value of a few watches in my collection to make sure if I do make the switch over to Hodinkee -- that I have sufficient coverage.

I looked up 15450 on watchrecon and don't see any available for sale. Taking a look at Chrono24 it looks like the asking price is anywhere from $23K - $27K now?

Is that really the going rate right now? I picked mine up back in 2018 at an AD with a pretty good discount so just surprised at the delta. That being said, 2018 was before they did the most recent round of price increases.

Crazy times..
