If you had bought Tesla stock instead of their product earlier this year you could buy pretty much anything you want.

Hi Dan. I think the point is that Tesla is making all these sales because of, not despite of, the product. I tend to take Internet forum chatter with a grain of salt, especially when it comes to “squeaky wheels”...... |

I think the Bentayga is the ultimate. Such a beautiful truck. If it were truly GLE or G I would go G simply because of resale values.
Great choice 👍 |

Here in China, they are selling everything they can make...ramping production from the current 3,500 model 3 vehicles per week to 5,000/week in October. They will begin making Modely Y's late in the year and these will most likely sell at a higher rate vs. the Model 3. Not bad for a factory that is not even a year old yet. Their branding is second to none. However, their fit and finish is sub-part compared to comparable makers. Not just the standard BMW, Audi, Mercedes, etc, but also to their direct EV competition in China such as Next EV (Nio). They must evolve their thinking from a battery maker to a car maker...and this is happening.

All good choices. Congrats on the new ride!! Is it like driving a couch? The G wagon would have been my choice (minus the chrome brush guard) but the Bentley is sick and not as common as the G.
Sorry your Tesla experience wasn't as good as mine. I'm over a yr in with 23k miles and love it. The "autopilot" saves me from a lot of stress on the LA freeways. I charge at home, too so that makes a big difference. |

Had the car slam the brakes on me way too early in traffic which could have caused car behind me to hit. (Not autopilot) The windows kept squeaking like nails on a chalkboard and Tesla techs came out three times to fix it. You know how embarrassing it is to have a client in a new car with broken windows? Interior door trimmings peeled off the first week. I love the idea of an EV, and Tesla is the best at it. The issue is they can’t back up there claims with range, quality, or supercharger network. Also the fact that you can’t take your car to the dealer or service for an issue. You have to use the app on your phone and be at the mercy of Tesla to deal with scheduling. |

Ugh! That sucks. I did have the window issue. Agree, embarrassing, at best. It was resolved and I've had good experiences with service, when needed. Funny that I said I don't see a lot of the Bentayga and then I see two yesterday eating dinner at Avra but I also couldn't count how many G63s I saw. Congrats, again! Can't wait to see some more pics. |

I'm not laughing at you, but I am laughing at the guy who said something to the fact that they had fit and finish issues. I guess it just depends on what you consider fit and finish issues. LOL Sorry to hear you had such issues out of what some might think are good cars or was that batteries on wheels?

OMG, I reading the issues you had with this garbage of a brand, what a joke for the money. And you have to schedule the service through apps....forget about it

Congrats! I'm so glad you got away from the issues. You'll be much happier with the Bentley, I can assure you.

@DeeTee I was going to make fun of the slippers too, but then I thought, hey, he wears a nice watch and drives a nice car, I'm not going to criticize the one area that might need a little refinement. I'll bet they're comfortable, am I right?
LOL. Great choice on the B. I hope you enjoy it. As for Tesla, I have a friend who worked there as an engineer. He bought a 3, and I asked him to show me the parts that he designed. He starts in the frunk area (note: this car was brand new) and in answer to my question says, "huh, looks like some fasteners are missing". I considered the Model S, but there are too many shortcomings for me to justify the price.
