Your recommendation for larger wrist
I'd love to buy my first PP at an AD and seeing as there's virtually no chance of getting an Aquanaut or Nautilus what other models would you recommend for a guy with an 8" wrist?

The 5905 and 5524 are perfect for your wrist. The AC at 40mm, 5205, and the AC chrono at 40.5mm, 5960, should sit well on your wrist also.

Probably a 5524R or 5524G. Case size is 42mm. 5070 is probably another alternative but being discontinued you won’t get from an AD

I’ve got 8 3/4 inch wrists and have tried every PP there is. It’s not for me. They all wear extremely flat on the wrist and are very light compared to, say, a PM Rolex. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

5905P is perfect for larger wrist sizes. I wish I could pull off this one.

5524 and most under appreciated 5930 love the world time. I have a 8 inch wrist both fit perfectly so does a out of my price range 5204 split seconds.

5524R, 5524G, 5905R or 5905P
They all wear larger than the rest of the lineup. |

Very soon, there will be a new Calatrava line, and several new models, so I would wait a month or max two, to see what is out there.
The rumor is that PP will send the new stock to the ADs a week or two after announcement the way Rolex did - so stick around ... |

I also have a large wrist and my recommendation for you is A. Lange & Sohne. Not only are most Patek's small but even the larger ones wear small - I have owned the 5205 and the 5905 and moved them both because their concave bezels result in a relatively small dial. I still own the 5168g and the 5070r, which are both 42mm and wear that size, but are tough/impossible respectively to buy new from a dealer, which is your goal.

For a large wrist, yachtmaster 2 or the seadweller is perfect but anything over 40mm would probably look good.

Panerai is the way i'd go. Excellent service and 8 year warranty. Looks great on many straps both leather and rubber, plus their SS braelet is great!

Thanks guys... I own both a Rolex seadweller and a Panerai. Looking to buy my first Patek and wanted suggestions on which non Nautilus and Aquanaut (which I'd love to have but know you can't buy at an AD) would be good for a larger wrist.
Appreciate the suggestions so far. I've looked at all of them and think the Calatrava blue dial is so far the winner
