Cant see any hype with all these Calatravas from Patek. Imho they are all steps getting to 5711 / 5712...Marketing made somewhat wisely.

The 6007A is not a step to getting a Naut.

In fact, some people who have several Nauts from the same AD weren't able to secure a 6007A.

That's what happens when Patek limits something to a hard numbered limit.

I don't think the hype has died down, its just no one can get any. All were pre-sold and only a trickle went on the re-sale market. So nothing to ponder really.
