Is there anything more photogenic than a Panerai?

I've seen some absolute corking shots of Panerai watches on here of late. From Nick's 372, to those shots in that resurrected thread of the 232, the Bronzo on the beach today and then the slam dunk which is Jocke's masterpiece.

I don't think I've seen any watch look as incredible in a photograph as a Panerai. Have you?

Whilst this is a professional shot for an advert, this is the one that started it for me

Yes, a 116610LV!

;-)

But, as for the overall range of watches, I have to agree. Italian designs and Swiss engineering is a tough combo to beat.

Calling Neil or Bjoern

I love your passion for the brand and they do look gorgeous Paul, but nothing beats a Rolex sunburst dial IMO

That's very true! A beautiful dial indeed and I'd like to see one in the metal some day!

Same as Paul's 689.

Both worthy contenders

Just about anything, Paul. PAMs are about as photogenic as Rolex Sub, neither of which are to my liking. PAMs are too big and Subs are certainly not as useful as a GMT.

They are pretty darn photogenic but then again Jocke can make just about any watch look great with his extraordinary photo skills
