The Byblos one is 50 pieces only from France. There is also a regular version of 450 pieces without the engraving.

No-one has bought one yet, and that wrist shot was purely for promotional and advertisement usage – it’s not a member displaying their latest acquisition.

You mean premature – getting in early – a bit like the Germans putting their towels on the poolside loungers before breakfast?
Gotcha…I was thinking he just hadn’t bothered to read anything, only looking at the pretty pictures before formulating his response.

I stay away from anything 'premature'--never a good thing.

I tried on one of these last night at the AP London Trunk Show and it is indeed superb. I even like the white strap, although suspect in general usage it might be a bit 'flash'. But one could change the strap for a dark blue one to play off the blue on the dial.

I took some pics but can't get the stupid photobucket thing to work, it keeps asking me to re-log on.

This has now definitely overtaken the 44Ti on my list, as it is a beautiful piece. Not at all low profile or discreet though, especially on white rubber!

Ok a hotel LE kind of sucks, but he Byblos, for those who know St Tropez, is a legend there, just like Les Caves for night club or Nikki Beach for private beach, but even like that I agree kind of ridiculous, but love the watch, must be banged as hell after a summer in St Tropez, but still cool...

Lmfao always love the germans and english on vacation, the first day they are poolside, from 10-19, of course with no sun screen, who wants to stop those good sun rays, and the rest of the holidays they go from steaming red on the second day, to loosing their skin, to pinkish/white once their skin fell off, never could understand the logic behind that, but hey to each their own right

If I did ever get one I'd want one of the 450 without the Byblos branding on the back, as it would mean nothing to me and just spoils the look of the watch.

We used to go quite often to St Tropez when I was a kid, don't know about this Byblos, but if they had back engraved the caravan park we used to stay at then I'd be all in!

Has anyone seen one of these on the blue strap and have any pics they can share? (I see one for sale with both white and blue blue bands, which got me thinking...)

I've not seen the blue strap but I think its a dark blue to play off the blue on the dial. Apparently they come with both white and blue straps.
