just to play along

Look at the old school strongman strength routines- blob training, fat grip barbell work, thick bar pull ups, sandbag training.

You didn’t even have to say wife’s boyfriend in your post, it speaks for itself.

On the subject of health weight and how a watch fits:

Many know, I went the other way and used a Rolex as an incentive to lose weight and get in better shape. Lost about 35lbs from 225lbs to 190lbs. I am 6’2” so that isn’t a lot for my height but still a challenge at age 50.
My wrist actually got smaller even though I lifted a lot of weight so I just tweaked my watch collection a bit to get better/smaller fitting watches. ie…GMT instead of a Sub.
I still have big watches like all my Panerai and I love them but I made my Rolex collection fit my wrist better like a Daytona, GMT, etc…

FYI: I would be writing this from prison without any watches if my wife had a boyfriend, (may he rest in peace).

Good on you I say. I mean I don’t know if gaining weight to wear a watch is the most usual incentive, however go for it.

You’re not going to add 45 pounds doing wrist curls though mate. You need to work your whole body in sections. You want to work your back, arms, chest, shoulders and legs.

Good luck

I’m no exercise physiologist, but thinking forearm curls won’t help increase bone mass in the wrist.

It’s sort of funny isn’t it.

Some people with big wrists want small wrists, some people with small wrists want big wrists

Suggest concentrating on brain development rather than wrist size.

An extra side of fries, with each meal, should do the trick.

All of you doubters are missing the point…

This guy has figured out how to get the Roles of your dreams from an AD.

Just let him sleep with your wife.

Yeah...a lot to process here.

But really, wouldn't it just be better to get a watch that fits you now? Or, how about this. You buy the SD and get it sized to fit you?

Yeah, you’re right. You’re not an exercise physiologist. There are muscles in your wrist. There are muscles virtually everywhere in your body. You can build them up.

I think fat injections are the answer. Liposuction from between your ears and shoot it in your arms.

I got wrist implants so my watches fit better. Best $45,000 I ever spent. The self confidence I can now display with having girthy sized wrists is amazing. Good luck to you in your personal journey.

Instead of putting bubble wrap on the outside of the watch to protect it whilst wearing it, put the bubble wrap around your wrist before you put the watch on... Multifunctional.

Men have been attempting to increase wrist size for centuries with little success.

There are likely machines and gismos out there that promise results, but you are likely to be disappointed.

Perhaps your wife's boyfriend has been gifted with a larger wrist than you. If so then you may want to discuss this with him.

I’ve heard of Doctors fracturing a nose as part of rhinoplasty for appearance. Maybe a Dr would do the same for your wrist. It’s likely way more healthy than packing on 45lbs.

Have you considered implants? Maybe your 3rd wheel has contacts with some plastic surgeons through his work at the AD.
