Fresh ink

Had the distinct pleasure of being tattooed by Oliver Peck this week! He happened to be in my neck of the woods on his way to Salt Lake City. Such a great guy and beyond down to earth especially considering his popularity after judging so many seasons of ink master. Can’t say enough good things. Hope to fly out to DFW to visit his shop and do it again soon!

Spurious as well to know is this tattoo has a meaning to your Steve.

Also, looking at where you have it placed … did it hurt?

Very nice and well done! Looks amazing.

I had my third tattoo done about a month ago (pink flamingo on rear calf). I have a toucan on my right inside ankle (2023) and palm tree right outside ankle (2022). All three are on the same leg. I am thinking about getting a fourth soon, perhaps a gator in and out of water on same leg - right outside ankle and curving up and back to the flamingo. My tattoo artist suggested this and it stuck in my head…

Looks great congrats on the new tattoo.

I want more as well, but keep putting it off. Hopefully soon

Thanks guys! And most all of my tattoos have been done at significant turning points in my life, so while the subject matter is unrelated a big part of why I wanted to get tattooed was to celebrate my son. I actually went into the appointment blind, only telling his assistant I wanted a badass Oliver Peck tattoo and this is what we decided on in the moment. American traditional is his specialty (clearly) so I just wanted something he was excited to do as well.

As for pain, I have the insides of both my arms done and it’s certainly more painful than the ousides of the arms, but on the actual collar bone and the side of the pectoral going into the armpit are both worse in my book. I’d give it about a 6 out of 10 on the tattoo pain scale.

Looks super.

I just finished my sleeve and touched up the old bits on my left arm.

Nice spot for that one you just got. And the dude did an awesome job.

Great shading! Have a lot of Sailor Jerry-style tattoos from my time in Uncle Sam's Yacht Club. I have an osprey grasping an olive branch & an AGM-114... "peace through superior firepower." (Ironically, the MV-22B Osprey isn't outfitted with said missile, let alone any armament other than MGs of various ilks.)

Right on Jake! You should post pics if you’re open to that sounds like some cool work!

How 'bout this Steve, whenever that high-speed train gets built between Vegas & SoCal, I'll meet you on my end & show you in person. Don't want to post any content here that could be confused with my OF
