Thoughts on Rolex Explorer Honeycomb Dial ref 6350
Should I sell it as it is, or should I find the original hands and bracelet and sell it a few years?

Personally I would keep it as-is after a crystal polish and enjoy it on a rivet bracelet

You only get about 1/2 to 2/3 it's worth, quitting early I find.
If me I'd take this OCC (so probably 53-57) honeycomb on. 6350 launched late 53, I suspect this is mid-50s. Should have an A296 calibre, pencil handset and lollipop (at end) second hand. 6610 style mercedes not too big a demerit though.... Look great on a 7206 - flush fitted end links from mid 1954 btw.

I doubt that adding a bracelet would increase the value by more than the cost of the bracelet.

How many rolex explorer 6350 were made?
Does anyone know how many rolex explorer 6350 were made? And how many of those were made with a honeycomb dial? Any way to find out?

Someone might know, but I doubt the production numbers are widely available for any model, and I'm not sure why it matters. I'm inferring that you somehow think that will indicate the value, but valuation is not that simple. The way to figure out the value is through research using comps.

A 6350 Explorer is nice and quite valuable but your target market is with enthusiasts only. It wont be super popular with the masses due to its small size.
You could find a bracelet for it but it isnt going to change the value a whole lot. If it had its original papers, that would make a difference in value IMO.
