You must be out of Shiner Bock...

That meat looks good, I'll take my brisket on flour tortillas with a jalapeno and sauce on the side.

Every time I come across this thread, your pictures are making me jealous as hell. You can tell by my thread "Winter Is Here", that there is no more outdoor cooking in Central Pennsylvania for the next 7 months!

Not out of Shiner...only drink the pale beers (don't beat me up Leo )

I always thought Fosters was a good beer..... Is it popular in Australia, or is it just hype? Please tell me more....

And, you can bring a case of Cooper's anytime you like!! I'll drink it!

Deal on the Coopers

Fosters is not popular here... Have to say I found that strange also coming from the UK 8 years ago... Used to drink it there. Mainly find myself knocking back imported beers such as Heneiken, Stella Artois, Amstel- and Home stuff like Coopers, little creatures, pure blonde

we love to BBQ here so if you're ever in western australia make sure you let me know and I'll introduce you to some of the local brew

As requested by some of you...here are the rest of the pics....Ribs are what I love the most..... It was a gorgeous day for a BBQ (Sorry Notherners)

After about 4 hours of total cook time:

This is my constant companion when I cook out.....

The sauce goes on at the last 30-40 minutes:

I like the bones to just nearly fall out:

Time to eat!

Pretty good stuff If I do say so myself. YUM
