I'm 43 and I feel great for my age, maybe a bit younger but I don't feel 21 anymore. I got old the day my son was born 4 years ago. When i was younger sleep was optional, as long as I got 2 or three good nights a of sleep a week I was good to go. Going weeks on 4-5 hours of interrupted sleep really made me feel my age.

I think it was my 42nd birthday when I finally felt "grown up." Coincidentally it coincided with the birth of our first child on the same day. He's eleven now and I don't feel that I have the option of behaving "my age." I took this pic on my last birthday, 53 years old and I'm trying hard to never "feel" old, but let me tell you, I run with thirty-somethings and it's been progressively harder to keep up. Most guys retire from my chosen sport before forty.

We’re close to the same age Beau but looking at this picture makes me feel old... very old.

When I went to lunch with my boss who is 30 years my junior. The waitperson referred to me as his Dad.

The clincher was kidney stones and prostrate issues which put me flat on my back.

On Monday. At 38 I feel better than I have in years lightening up my workouts and rehabbing all my old injuries.....but went to the dermatologist on Monday and had to get cut on. He referred to me as "middle aged" and having "wisdom marks"

I remember before my 50's thinking well at 52 I'll get a senior discount then they moved the age to 55....damn it Jim.

Then I reached 55 and it was changed to 62, so now at 62 it's 65 so I guess I'll never attain being or feeling old.

I felt a change like a light switch the day I turned 30. Getting up in the middle of the night to pee, don’t remember what morning wood is, feel every old injury (and there’s a lot), hangovers feel like I’m dead for two days, I am worried about leaving a legacy for my family, my cbr1000rr is just garage decoration now and I take my vitamins and BP meds every morning before my alarm clock is supposed to wake me up.

This morning while riding my mountain bike on the trails, I chatted with three 20-something females who told me they thought it was just great that someone as old as me was riding a bike. Yikes.

For me, I started to feel old physically, in '07 @ 55 when I fell and injured my back and that feeling was confirmed in 2016 when I finally had back surgery. Even with other 'minor' health issues in between, now, feeling old has really hit home since I've been home for the past 6 weeks recuperating from a heart attach which scared the $hit out of me.
Just glad to be here. Ya just never know what's around the corner.

21 and an Officer Candidate School graduate. TAC officer told us IF we graduated OCS we never have to prove anything to anyone again. He added we had to prove it to him first. Of course, he was being a TAC for those of you have met one. However, graduating OCS aged me in a good way.

Just turned 60 but when I was 58 my female barber asked me if I was a senior so she could give me a senior discount!

We can sit in the day room and tell old fighter jet and ER stories that no one else will believe but us. Then they’ll increase our meds.

You can stop the time machine, or at least slow it down. 20 minutes of peak cardio a day, and cut processed sugar out of your diet (this means booze too). I promise within three months you will look, and more importantly feel like a new man. And bonus, parts of you that maybe don't work as well as they used to will start performing more to spec too....

2006 had a bougie board incident .Left Acromioclavicular dislocation and neck injury .Age 36.I was in peak physical condition .Was very close to being paralyzed .

Been living with my neck since 2006 ..2011 competed at National level body building Top 6 finish .

At age 50 the wheels came off for my neck .Debilitating.Highly regarded specialist do not want to operate at this stage ,treating conservatively .
C3-C7 looks bad ,no inter-vertebral spaces left ,oesteophyte formation ,but no neurological signs in the arms and hands eg. pins and needles ,numbness .

So,I would say age 50,but due to the above .
