At least he’s honest. There’s quite a few fake bracelets popping up on eBay lately being sold as genuine.

Yes but the trademark should not be there . It’s not aftermarket it’s copy . Illegal . How does EBay ignore it !?

They see and act on a %. Do you realize how many items are listed each minute?
They act on most reports.

BUT - personally, I dont report these as no deception taking place.
Seller openly states its after market like the thousand of diamond bezels and dials.

I am not saying its legal, just I personally only report if deception is being carried out

There are many fake glidelock clasps on eBay. I have reported dozens of times and eBay has done nothing about them. Maybe its the low dollar value that gives them no concern.
