Rolex 1675 Gilt Underline dial and hands

What: Type 3 SCOC chapter ring gilt underline 1675 dial and hand set (small GMT).

PRICE: $9500 USD.

This dial is the Type 3 Superlative Chronometer Officialy Certified Dial (thank you https://gmtmaster1675.com/scoc-type-3/), and is suitable for early 1960's GMT watches.

The dial is in fair to good vintage condition, the lacquer has developed mild cracking, which is visible in the pictures, and gives a spider like effect. The text has an attractive gold hue to it. The underline is clearly visible below the SCOC. The dial has a smattering of lume like substance on it. The lume reacts to UV light, and retains a green glow for around 5 - 10 seconds before dying (video available on request).

The small GMT hand is in good condition, and comes with an hours, minutes and second hand. I am unsure if the hour minutes and seconds hand are original to this dial, or if they are a later service pair. The star however is undoubtedly the small GMT hand. Some lume is missing from the minutes hand.


The dial is very rare, and would be the perfect thing to bring a serviced early 1960s 1675 back to its former glory. If you aren't interested in buying this, but you have a period correct 1675 with service dial and hands that you think I might want to buy, let me know - because I'd love to make my own watch with this dial and hands.
