Thanks, it is a 7808.

The serial number is 57385..... the serial number is only 251 away from Lieutenant Jock Potter Masterton's 7809 of the Greenland Expedition. His serial number was 57636

That's imho a much more interesting watch than just about any Datejust, (and frankly wears almost identical to a DJ with a 7206/6251h), as originally these {pre-any-polishing were circa 34.75mm}, despite somewhat ironically, the '34' moniker).

We ought to keep quiet about these 20mm lugged Tudors, mind as they are well undervalued and will be all snaffled up !
