Naples, Italy is a place I would not wear a Rolex, in 2011 an American tourist was knocked down, hit his head on sidewalk & died when thieves knocked him down to steal his Rolex!
I did wear my Rolex in Rome, Florence, Milan, Verona, & Venice.

Naples like any other city in the WORLD has good and bad. I don't think your any more/less safe wearing a Rolex in Rome, Florence, Verona etc.
