CROSS pen & pencil with diamonds!!! set 1982

Hi ! Can anyone plase tell me about my set.
Cross pen & pencil with [B]diamonds!! Orginal box or instruction.
The copyright on the book 1982. Set pen & pencil are made in the USA.
Might anyone know what it s worth ?

Very nice pen set! I got my mom a turquoise-ish white polka dot Cross ball point for Mother's Day! She loves using it at work.

BASF is a huge German Chemical Company, one of the big global ones out there. You might have some luck contacting their customer relations or press department and ask if they have any records when/why this set was made with their logo. I guess you can get more provenance which then might help you better estimate the value. In the end its worth whatever a collector is willing to pay...
