Real vs. Fake - concerning?
Hello TRF. Apologies if this has been discussed but didn't find anything on here about it, so I hope this is good to go (moderators - please delete if covered). I came across this video from Watchfinder.com on a real vs. fake Daytona and found it to be scary how good fakes are getting. Doubt there is any real information about what Rolex is doing / can do about fakes - but this has to be concerning as it has been noted that new fakes have 904l steel and similar components (no longer ETA movements, etc.). Anyway, found this video interesting/disturbing. Fakes are no new news to the watch world, but concerning on how close they are getting and to think about the impact on the watch industry.
