The location and phone number from a different state along with 0 posts make me think its a scam account. Too many red flags. Anyone else get a PM from this person?

Yes, although the account for me was sammy01. I got two identical messages for different, old, WTB ads:

"Hi, I have the specific (reference I placed a WTB for) that you want to buy and I'm ready to part way with it if you meet up with trade terms. Please you can reach me on 209-417-1527. Thanks"

Every time I've posted a WTB I get responses from obvious scammers - you can tell because they have joined TRF the day of or very recently - no posts, etc....

And they almost always want to connect via email directly - possibly they are just email mining to get your address to sell or scam you some other way.

Are you guys reporting these to Mods so they can track down IP addresses and sort them out?

Not as a buying service but to weed out the scammers.
