Montblanc 112515 - fun with the phone.

I rarely see it from the caseback side, the mechanism is simple and proven, but beautiful in its own way. It's Peseux 7001.

Very nice MB, not sure that one is in the current lineup. MB has really become a player in the watch market, they make some great watches. Sometimes referred to as the "poor mans JLC", but in my opinion they are much closer to JLC than that.

I was looking for a nice suit watch for a long time. At the beginning I chose JLC, I measured practically all available suit models of this manufacturer. Until somewhere on the internet I saw a review of this Montblanc. I went to try on all the way to Berlin, I found this model in one of the boutiques, but in gold. I tried it on and made up my mind that I had to have it! At that time (two years ago in November), this watch was no longer produced. I tried through Chrono24 to buy it first from France and Italy, unfortunately they had it listed on the website but it was physically unavailable. In the end I got him in England, I made a deposit through Chrono24, unfortunately after 5 weeks the seller kept deceiving me that he was in the process of settling the matter. Nervous, I demanded my deposit back and started calling German boutiques. It turned out that one of the boutiques in Berlin (the same where I tried the gold version earlier) can take it from my other salon - a brand new watch, without fittings. I ordered it, and in March 2019 I happily completed my purchase.

And this is the link to the article: https://www.hodinkee.com/articles/th...rie-ultra-slim
