how waterproof is it? can you clean it under the running water with soup

It isn't waterproof at all. Water resistant to 30m means a quick wash and rinse under a gently running tap is as deep as it can go, but this will cause no problems. It is, of course, designed to go up not down, LOL!

A splash from washing your hands is okay, but not under constant running water. A lot of people forget the water resistance rating has to do with pressure, not depth. Running water is under pressure and can exceed the rated pressure of your watch.

I'd put a light soap and water in a cup, and dip cotton swabs in it to clean your watch. That is if it needs more than a microfiber polish cloth to clean it.
