The problem is...

that there still isn't a luminous sweep second hand, so that wouldn't work for me as against my GMT Master "Green Arrow".
Nice watch though.

I like your Aquanaut, it's a nice looking sports watch. Did you compare this with the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak and the Vacheron Constantin Overseas? Just wondering. If you did compare, what factor persuaded you to go with the Aquanaut? Just wondering is all. Enjoy your new watch.

Patek is imo a class on it's own.
I had an AP ROO ans (older style) VC Chrono overseas.
Both were great and both gave me a lot of pleasure.
Now I was time to try an Aquanaut ;)
And it's great !
Not a cheap watch ofcourse but for being a PP I think the price is very good.

I have had my eye on the Royal Oak Offshore and the VC Overseas Chronograph for a long time now. Several people I know have especially been pleased with the VC, which is the way I am leaning right now. But I do like your PP, but wonder if you feel it can stand up well to everyday wear? The VC Overseas just gives me the impression of being more robust. At least I am glad you feel all 3 were pretty nice watches. You are a lucky man, congratulations.

about the same as a SS yachtmaster + a SS Submariner

So if you ask me, not cheap but a bargain for a Patek
