Not sure about opening it up to show the movement... I don't want to mess it all up.

How much would it be nowadays? I'm thinking about bringing it to maintenance.

Try searching for a Patek forum but you will
need to open the back to get an accurate answer.

Also you will need clearer pics...

Try going on these sites, they are both Patek forums.
But as Jeremy has already stated you will need to open up the back.
