I saw the 14060 (No COSC of course), beautiful watch, do you think that worth it more than the 16610? Maybe save a little more money to go with the date version?? What do you think?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I love the classic clean symmetrical lines of the 14060 / 14060m - two liner particularly. But a date function is a useful complication, it's really individual preference. I would advise buying from a trusted seller when looking at these older pieces. |

Omegas is a good choice since they have a big brand presence, easily to resell for retail value to the average consumer

Exp1 would be a classic choice and should be in budget range (or very close)

Lucas, go spend as much time as necessary looking at Chrono24. Not absolutely every brand is on there, but more than enough to make your head spin!
Once you find new/old models which grab your attention, do further research to narrow them down into a definite shortlist. At that point, then can ask for opinions, etc. — at the moment, and without even knowing your wrist size and shape (flat or round), it’s impossible to give any truly meaningful suggestions. One useful suggestion would be that when looking at Chopard, focus more on the L.U.C. models, although there’s nothing intrinsically wrong with the Mille Milglias. |

I bought one for around 5k, no bracelet. You can probably find one for around 6k ish. Maybe a touch less. My suggestion would be a 14060 or the explorer 39mm 214270. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I don't think there is a bad recommendation in this thread!
I would be partial to: 5 digit Exp 1 or 2 Grand Seiko Omega rail or speedmaster JLC reverso as a more dressy option |
